I began practicing yoga over 30 years ago as a way to improve mindfulness to help improve my athletic performance and discovered it offered great techniques for navigating stressful situations in life. Since then, I have taken my practice around the world to England, the United Arab Emirates and Singapore. I completed my 200-RYT with Jacqui Bonwell and have trained with Katie Beane in trauma-informed techniques.
Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance for other physical activities. After a workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching and strengthening.
Yoga not only improves your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. Take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity.
